We take care to present our fragrances as accurately as possible, including photography, notes, and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, and bottle appearance may occur between batches. All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Fragrance is a personal and subjective experience. We strongly encourage you to review detailed scent descriptions and notes before purchasing. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on the basis of scent preference alone (see our Returns Policy for full details).

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

We accept payments through the gateways available at checkout. All transactions are secured and processed by our payment partners. Vella Nova does not store your card details on our servers.

5. Order Confirmation & Fulfilment

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and carrier performance.

All content on this Site – including the Vella Nova name, logo, product imagery, fragrance descriptions, and design elements – is the exclusive property of Vella Nova and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
